בגדי המלך החדשים - על פי ספרו של האנס כריסטיאן אנדרסן משנת 1837. "המלך הוא עירום!" סיפור על המלך שכל הזמן השוויץ בבגדיו.
הסיפור מספר על מלך אשר היה עסוק אך ורק בלבישה והצגה של בגדיו, ולא בשום דבר אחר. כאשר שמע על שני חייטים שהבטיחו לתפור לו את הבגד המיוחד והטוב שניתן, ציווה עליהם לתפור לו בגד כזה בתקציב בלתי מוגבל..אלא שאין המדובר היה בחייטים אלא בשני נוכלים שלא בדיוק ענו על דרישות המלך...האם תיחשף התרמית?
הסיפור מהווה אלגוריה נוקבת על תהליכים חברתיים הגורמים ליחיד להיגרר אחר הכלל במחיר האמת. נבחר למצעד הספרים של משרד החינוך.
